Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Divrane. We take pride in our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below are the terms and conditions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items, provided they meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Items must be in New condition (unopened in original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact).
- Window: Returns or exchange requests must be initiated within 07 days of delivery.
- Exclusions: Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.*
- 2. Return Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Visit our contact page here, send us an email, and share the details in a WhatsApp message. Please note that both steps are very important for raising a return or refund request.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Method: Return the item by mail.
- 3. Fees & Costs
- Return Shipping: The cost of the return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility.
- Restocking Fee: We do charge a restocking fee, which is 10% off item value.
- 4. Refunds & Processing Time
- Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected:
- Inspection: We will verify that the product is in its original, new condition.
- Timeline: Please allow 10 days from the date we receive the product in our warehouse for your refund to be processed.
- Currency: All refunds will be issued in INR. For international customers, the amount will be automatically converted by your bank.
- 5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the same 15-day “New Condition” policy applies. Please contact our support team via the policy URL to confirm stock availability.
